Greenpoint Guest House Dwell76 – In an old sea captains house on the East River waterfront facing the panoramic Manhattan skyline Dwell76 provides cool contemporary and stylish accommodations. The old parlor floor rooms have been superbly decorated with mid century modern furniture and art work. They are comfortable as well with lounge and table seating 600 thread count sheets wifi and flat screen televisions. There is also a bath and pantry kitchen shared by the two rooms. Located on the hip Greenpoint Williamsburg waterfront the neighborhood which is mainly low rise houses and lofts has the feel of a waterfront village.
